MBM-Dallah has been founded since 2005as a result of fruitful collaboration between:-

Dallah Group-Saudi, specifically Dallah Establishment for operation and maintenance and MBM, subsidiary of ETA-Ascon Group – UAE. In order to achieve sustainable approaches and the need to work according to the plans of the research and development, MBM-Dallah has also established an international collaboration with one of the largest European experts - URBASER (from Spain).

Modern Building Maintenance Est. (MBM), established in Dubai in 1977with its branches in Abu Dhabi 1978 and other Emirates of UAE. MBM is a subsidiary of the prestigious Business Organization in the United Arab Emirates - ETA-ASCON Group of Companies. ETA-ASCON is a 35 years old business group with 77000 multinational workforces and diversified activities in the Trading and Service Industry spread over 17 countries around the World with total revenue of more than USD 5.5 billion.MBM; with a wide experience of over 30 years having 9500 multinational workforce, has served quality environmental care to various sectors such as industries and trades .

Dallah Establishment is one of the affiliate companies of Dallah Holding Group (Dallah Al Baraka). Dallah started operations in 1969 in the fields of maintenance, operation and contracting to become a leading specialized company in this field, with a workforce of 65,000 and a combine revenue of USD 1.5 billion annually. The company has many Subsidiary Companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad.
